Managing Your Text Notifications
At RingGo, we want you to have full control over how we communicate with you. If you’d prefer not to receive confirmation or reminder text messages, you can adjust your settings in just a few taps.
How to Change Your SMS Settings

On the RingGo App:
Open the app and log in.
Tap 'Account' at the bottom of the screen.
Tap 'Notifications'.

From here, you can toggle your SMS settings on or off to suit your needs.

On the RingGo Website:
Log in to your account at www.myRingGo.co.uk.
From your dashboard, select 'Parking Notifications'.
De-select the options under SMS Settings and click save to update your preferences.
Good to Know
Stay Informed: Even if you turn off text notifications, you will still receive your booking confirmations via email so you can keep track of your parking sessions.
Email Receipts: You can always access and download your full VAT receipt history from the 'Past Actions' or 'VAT Receipts' section on our website.
