2. Go to Permit Applications and select your active permit.

3. Click Edit Application.

4. If your council allows online cancellation, you will see a clear option to Cancel your permit.

What about a refund? If you are owed a refund, it will be processed automatically. The amount is calculated based on how much time is left on your permit.
