How Do I Cancel My Permit?

The process for cancelling your permit depends on the specific council or permit type. Some councils allow you to cancel directly through your RingGo account, while others may require you to contact the council directly.

If self-service cancellation is available

1. Log in to your RingGo account [here].
    
2. Go to Permit Applications and select your active permit.
    
3. Choose Edit Application.
    
4. You will then be given the option to Cancel your permit.
    

If a refund is due, it will be processed automatically on a pro-rata basis.

If you do not see the option to cancel after editing your application, please contact your local council directly for assistance.
