How Do I Book an RVP Session?

Got visitors arriving? Booking a parking session for your guests is quick and easy. You can set up an RVP session instantly using either the RingGo app or our website.

Here is how to welcome your guests stress-free:

Booking in the RingGo App

1. Open the app and tap the Park tab.

2. Select Permits at the top of your screen to view your active permits.

3. Select your visitor permit and follow the quick prompts to create a parking session for your guest.

Booking on the Website

1. Log into your account on the RingGo website.

2. Click Book Parking in the left-hand menu.

3. Select your visitor permit from the list to start the booking process.

💡 Top Tip for Adding New Vehicles

Are you trying to book a stay for a friend's car but can't seem to enter their registration number during the booking process? Don't worry!

Quick fix: Simply save your visitor's vehicle registration number to your RingGo account first. Once it is saved in your profile, head back to your permit booking screen, and you will be able to select their vehicle from your saved list with a single tap.
