We believe in full transparency so you can manage your journey with confidence. If your final total looks a little different than the base rate, it usually comes down to a few specific features designed to make your parking easier and your city more liveable.
Common reasons for a price difference:
Convenience Fees: This small fee supports our cashless technology, allowing you to extend your session remotely and access longer-term parking options not available at the machine.
SMS Notifications: We offer optional text reminders to alert you before your session expires, helping you avoid unexpected fines.
Tip: You can easily opt-out of these anytime in the App under Account > My Parking Notifications.
Emissions-Based Pricing: To help make our cities more liveable and the air cleaner, some local operators apply a surcharge based on your vehicle's emissions. This encourages the use of greener vehicles to improve the well-being of everyone in the community.
Pre-Authorisation Holds: If you see a "pending" amount in your bank app that is higher than your session cost, don't worry! This is a temporary hold to ensure your session is covered. We only ever charge you for the actual time you parked, and your bank will release the remaining hold shortly after you stop.
Good to know about bank holds
While we signal your bank to release unused funds the moment your session ends, the timing is entirely up to your bank’s internal processes. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few business days to reflect in your balance.
How we support you

Empowering: You have total control over optional extras like SMS alerts—turn them on or off to suit your needs.
Confident: We partner with local authorities to ensure our pricing reflects the most up-to-date city initiatives and environmental goals.
