Getting Started: How to Download the RingGo App

Downloading the RingGo app is the first step toward stress-free parking. It’s a simple process that puts smarter city travel right in your pocket.

For iPhone (iOS) Users

1. Open the App Store: Tap the App Store icon on your home screen.

2. Search for RingGo: Tap the Search icon (magnifying glass) at the bottom right and type "RingGo".

3. Download: Look for the app titled "RingGo parking" (look for our pink logo) and tap Get. You may need to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

4. Log In: Once installed, open the app to register a new account or log in to your existing one.

Note: Your iPhone must be running iOS 16.0 or higher to support the latest version of the app.

For Android Users (Samsung, Google, etc.)

1. Open Google Play: Tap the Google Play Store icon on your device.

2. Search for RingGo: Tap the search bar at the top, type "RingGo", and hit search.

3. Install: Find the app titled "RingGo" with the pink logo and tap Install. The app will download and set itself up automatically.

4. Log In: Open the app once it's finished to sign in or create your account.

Note: Your device must be running Android 7.1 or higher to use the RingGo app.
