Compatibility Requirements

To use the RingGo app, your device needs to be running:

• iOS Users: iOS 16.0 or higher.

   

• Android Users: Android 9.0 or higher.

If your phone uses an older operating system, you may find that you cannot download or update the app to the latest version.

If your current device isn't compatible with the latest app version, you can still book your parking quickly using our alternative services:

• Mobile Website: Visit myRingGo.co.uk from your phone's browser.

• Automated Phone Line: Call 0203 046 0010 to pay by phone.

   

• On-Site Booking: Use the specific phone number listed on the parking signs at your location.
