How do I link my Richmond Card to my RingGo account?

If you already have a physical Richmond Card, it cannot be directly linked or transferred to your RingGo account.

However, getting your local resident parking rates through RingGo is still very easy! To unlock those resident discounts, you simply need to apply for Richmond Residency Status directly through our platform.

1. Head over to the RingGo Richmond Residency Permit page on our website.

2. Fill out the online application form with your details.

3. Upload any required supporting documents to prove your residency.

4. Await Approval: The London Borough of Richmond will review your application. As soon as they approve it, your resident status is locked in, and you can purchase your parking sessions at the resident rate right through your RingGo account!

💡 Important Note: Because physical Richmond Cards cannot be accepted by the digital system, you will need to submit this new application online to activate your digital resident parking benefits.
