How do I link my Richmond Card to my RingGo account?

You cannot link an existing Richmond Card to your RingGo account.

To use RingGo for parking in the London Borough of Richmond, you must apply for residency status via RingGo.

How to Apply

1. Go to the RingGo Richmond Residency Permit page.
2. Complete the application form with your details.
3. Submit any required supporting documents.

4. Await approval from the London Borough of Richmond, then purchase your permit through your RingGo account.
