Are you driving a new company vehicle, or have you recently changed your mobile number? To keep your business parking running smoothly and your company's billing accurate, these updates need to be mirrored on the main corporate dashboard.
Here is exactly how the process works for you and your administrator.
If you are an employee (The Driver)
You have full control over your personal RingGo profile! You can add, edit, or remove vehicle registration numbers (VRNs) in your app settings at any time.
If you need a new vehicle to be covered by the company account, it just takes two quick steps to link everything up:
Tell your Admin: Ask your company’s account administrator to add the new VRN to the corporate dashboard.
Add it to your App: Make sure you also add the exact same VRN to your own personal RingGo app account.
How do I pay with the company account? Once your admin has authorized the vehicle on the corporate side and you have added it to your app, the system connects the dots. The next time you go to book parking for that specific vehicle, the Corporate Payment Option will automatically become available for you to select at checkout!
If you are the company administrator
Keeping your team's fleet up to date is quick and secure through your desktop manager:
Log into the RingGo Corporate Portal on your desktop.
Head to the Employee tab on your dashboard.
Locate the specific employee you need to update.
Click Edit, enter the new phone number or vehicle registration, and save your changes.
Once saved, remind your employee to add the new vehicle to their app so they can start using the corporate payment method right away.
