Managing Employees on Your Corporate Account
Keeping your team list up to date is quick and secure. Whether you are welcoming a new team member, updating someone’s details, or removing an employee who is leaving the company, you can manage it all instantly from your dashboard.
Follow these simple steps to manage your team:
1. How to add a new employee
Log into your RingGo Corporate Portal.
Click Add Employee.
Fill out the required fields (name, mobile number, and vehicle details).
Click Add Employee to save and invite them to the account.
2. How to edit an existing employee
If an employee changes their mobile number or has a new vehicle to add, you can update their profile in a few clicks:
Log into your account and head to the Employee tab.
Click on the name of the employee you want to update.
Edit their information as needed.
Click Save to instantly apply the changes.
3. How to remove an employee
When an employee leaves the company, removing them ensures your account billing stays accurate:
Log into your account and head to the Employee tab.
Locate the employee you want to remove and click the three dots (...) on the right side of their name.
Select delete and Confirm that you wish to remove them from the account.
💡 Quick Reminder for Drivers: When you add or update a vehicle registration number (VRN) for an employee on your dashboard, please remind them to add that exact same VRN to their personal RingGo app. Once both sides match, the corporate payment option will unlock for them at checkout!
