To keep our billing simple and consistent for all businesses, our standard policy states that parking sessions submitted to our system cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have started. The only exception to this is if a technical or system error occurred on our end during your booking.
What to do if you experienced a system error
If you believe a glitch or system error on our platform caused an incorrect charge or an accidental duplicate session for your team, we absolutely want to make it right.

Please provide our team with the invoice number, the vehicle registration, and a quick summary of what happened. Our support team will investigate the system logs immediately and get back to you with an update as soon as possible!
