If you are trying to book a work parking session but your corporate payment option isn't appearing at checkout, don't worry. This usually means there is a tiny mismatch between your app profile and the company's main dashboard.
Follow these quick checks to get the corporate option to appear:
1. Check your vehicle digits (The Typo Check)
The most common reason for a missing corporate payment option is a simple typo! Because our system connects the dots using your vehicle registration number (VRN), everything needs to match perfectly.
Open your personal RingGo app settings and double-check your vehicle list.
Look closely at the letters and numbers. Did an "O" get swapped for a zero "0", or are the characters out of order? Even a single incorrect digit will prevent the corporate option from showing up.
2. Check in with your company administrator
If your vehicle details look completely correct in your app, the next step is to ensure they match on the business side:
Reach out to your company’s account administrator.
Ask them to confirm that they have added your exact mobile phone number and your specific vehicle registration to the corporate dashboard.
Once they verify that the information matches what you have in your app, log out of your RingGo app and log back in to refresh the system.
