How to check your status
To manage your permits, you first need to be logged into your RingGo account.
Log in to your account: Click here to sign in.
Go to 'Permits': Once you are logged in, simply select the Permits section.
Find your provider: If you are using our Permit Portal, just select your local council or permit provider from the list to see your specific details.
Once you’re in, you can review pending applications, pay for new permits, or renew any that have lapsed to get you back on the road.
