   • Navigate to your current permits and select the one you wish to renew.
3. Update Details if Needed
   • Review your permit information and update any changes, such as vehicle registration or address.
   • Upload any required supporting documents if necessary.
4. Submit for Renewal
   • Submit your renewal application.
5. Await Approval
   • Application decisions are made by the specific council or local authority. RingGo does not decide on approvals.
   • Note: If you have a residency status permit for the London Borough of Richmond, you cannot renew your residency status—you must submit a new application.
6. Purchase the Permit
   • Once approved, you can purchase the renewed permit through your RingGo account.
