How to Retrieve Your Receipts
If you need a receipt that is no longer showing in your app, just follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account online: Visit myRingGo.co.uk on your computer or mobile browser.
Go to ‘Booking History’: You’ll find this on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Search by Date: Use the calendar tool to select the month and year of the session you are looking for.
Download or Email: Once you’ve found the right session, you can download the PDF receipt directly or email it to yourself.
💡 Pro Tips for Easier Expenses
VAT Receipts: If you need receipts for business purposes, ensure your "VAT Receipt" settings are turned on in your profile so they include all the necessary tax details.
Automated Receipts: Did you know you can receive a confirmation email for every stay? Check your Notification Settings on the website to toggle this on.
Older Data: Remember, the website shows up to three years of history instantly. If you need anything older than that (up to seven years), just drop us a message and we’ll retrieve it for you!
