Where can I find my RingGo parking history?

You can view your past parking sessions through the RingGo app or website.

Using the RingGo App

• Open the RingGo app on your device.
• Tap Sessions from the menu.
• Select History to see your past parking sessions.
  • The app will only show a limited number of recent sessions.
     

Using the RingGo Website

• Log in to myringgo.co.uk with your registered email or phone number.
• Navigate to My Account > History.
• You can view all past sessions, including older ones that may not appear in the app.
• You can download session details or invoices if needed.
