Where can I find my RingGo parking history?

Whether you’re checking your expenses or just want to see where you’ve been, we make it easy to look back at your past sessions. At RingGo, we keep your records organised so you can stay in control of your parking.

You can access your history through the app for a quick look or our website for a more detailed view.

Using the RingGo App

Perfect for checking your most recent stays while you're on the move:

1. Open the RingGo app on your device.

2. Tap ‘Sessions’ from the main menu.

3. Select the ‘History’ tab to see your past parking.

Note: To keep the app running fast and smooth, it only displays a limited number of your most recent sessions.

Using the RingGo Website

For a complete look at your records or to download details for your files, the website is your best resource:

1. Log in at myRingGo.co.uk using your registered phone number or email.

2. Navigate to ‘Parking history’ and select the dates you require.

3. View everything: Here, you can see all sessions from the last three years, including those no longer visible in the app.

4. Download & Export: You can easily download session details or VAT invoices whenever you need them.

• Secure Storage: We securely store your parking records for seven years to meet regulatory requirements.

• Missing something? If you need to see data older than three years, our team can retrieve it for you. Just head to our Contact Form and select the "VAT Receipts" category.

• Instant Updates: Your very latest session will appear in your history as soon as it ends.
