If you’re unable to find your receipts in the RingGo app, it’s likely because the app only stores a limited number of recent transactions. To access older receipts, follow these steps:
How to retrieve older receipts
- Log in to your RingGo account [here].
- Go to Parking History on the left-hand side of your screen.
- Use the calendar tool to select the relevant month and view older receipts.
- Locate the transaction you need and choose to download or email the receipt.
This allows you to access receipts beyond those stored in the app.
