If you’ve sold or transferred your vehicle, we’re here to help you update your account. Keeping your vehicle list current ensures you are only charged for your own parking sessions, making city parking simpler for everyone.
How to remove your vehicle (App or Web)
To keep your account secure, there is a specific order of operations. You must remove the vehicle from AutoPay first before you can delete it from your account.
Follow these simple steps:
Open Settings: Log in via the app or web and go to Account.
Manage AutoPay: Select AutoPay and then Vehicles.
Remove & Save: Tap the vehicle you want to remove, deselect it, and be sure to click Save.
Final Delete: Once saved, you can return to your main vehicle list and delete the vehicle from your account entirely.
