AutoPay is designed to make your journey effortless by automatically handling your parking sessions. If a session didn't process as expected, it's usually due to a simple setup or location requirement.
1. Check the Location
AutoPay is a specialised feature available at select partner car parks.
Participating Spots: Verify if your car park supports this feature by checking our AutoPay Locations list.
Alternative Payment: If the location isn't on the list, you'll just need to pay as usual via the app or at a parking machine to stay covered.
2. Verify Your Account Setup
To keep your experience dependable, double-check that your account is ready to go:
Enable Feature: Ensure AutoPay is switched ON for the specific vehicle you are driving.
Current Details: Check that your VRN and payment card are up to date in your account settings.
3. Check Your Active Session
AutoPay relies on ANPR cameras to recognise your vehicle as you enter:
Read Errors: Occasionally, cameras may not read a number plate perfectly (due to weather or positioning).
Confirm: Log in to the RingGo app to see if a session has started. If no session is visible, please pay at the parking machine or via the app manually to ensure you don't receive a PCN.
