We are on a mission to bring even more simplicity to your city travels. AutoPay is available at participating Q-Park locations across the UK. This feature empowers you to park, enter, and exit without ever needing to touch a ticket machine or a barrier.
How It Works
It’s a fully automated, dependable experience from start to finish:
Set Up: Open your RingGo app, go to the Account tab, select AutoPay, and confirm your vehicle and payment method.
Automatic Access: As you drive toward the entrance, the ANPR cameras will recognise your VRN (Vehicle Registration Number) and the barriers will open automatically.
Seamless Exit: When you’re ready to leave, just drive to the exit. The barrier will open again, and we’ll automatically charge your default payment method for the exact duration of your stay.
Important Things to Keep in Mind
Keep Details Current: Ensure your account is always updated with your latest vehicle and card details to prevent any issues at the barrier.
