Who Sets Parking Charges and Rules?

RingGo does not set prices, charge times, or parking rules. All parking locations are managed by the car park operator or local council.

RingGo’s Role

• Payment Provider Only: RingGo simply provides a cashless payment service for parking.
  No Enforcement Authority: RingGo does not issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) or enforce parking regulations.

What This Means for You

• Any questions about parking rates, restrictions, or enforcement should be directed to the local council or car park operator.
• RingGo’s role is limited to facilitating payment for the parking service.
