Where to look first
The RingGo App: Your most recent sessions are stored right in the app under your history.
Your Online Account: For a full, deep-dive history of all your payments, log in to your account at myringgo.co.uk. You can download PDF versions there whenever you need them.
Why a receipt might be missing
If the receipt isn't in your history, it’s usually due to one of these common reasons:
You paid at a machine: This is a big one! If you paid using cash or card at a physical machine in the car park, that transaction didn't go through RingGo. You’ll need to contact the local parking operator or check the machine for that specific receipt.
A different account was used: Did you use a partner's phone or a work account? The receipt always lives on the account that made the booking.
The booking didn't finish: Sometimes a spotty connection means a booking doesn't quite cross the finish line. Check your bank statement—if you don't see a charge from RingGo, the session wasn't completed, which is why there’s no receipt.
