RingGo Scan & Pay is a payment option for certain off-street car parks that lets you pay when you’re ready to leave, rather than in advance. It uses your phone app plus either automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) or a barcode on your ticket.
Important: RingGo Scan & Pay is currently only available at the Touchwood Shopping Centre (RingGo location 33210).
How it Works
- When you’re ready to leave, open the RingGo app and select Touchwood Solihull (location 33210).
- Input your vehicle’s number plate, or scan your ticket’s barcode if your session cannot be found.
- Once payment has been completed, you’ll have 15 minutes to leave the car park.
- When you leave, the barrier will automatically lift for you.
