What is RingGo Scan & Pay?

RingGo Scan & Pay is a payment option for certain off-street car parks that lets you pay when you’re ready to leave, rather than in advance. It uses your phone app plus either automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) or a barcode on your ticket.

Important: RingGo Scan & Pay is currently only available at the Touchwood Shopping Centre (RingGo location 33210).

How it Works

1. When you’re ready to leave, open the RingGo app and select Touchwood Solihull (location 33210).
2. Input your vehicle’s number plate, or scan your ticket’s barcode if your session cannot be found.
3. Once payment has been completed, you’ll have 15 minutes to leave the car park.
4. When you leave, the barrier will automatically lift for you.
