What is RingGo Scan & Pay?

We want to make your trips as smooth as possible. Scan & Pay is a flexible payment option for specific car parks that lets you pay when you’re ready to leave, rather than when you arrive. This gives you total freedom to stay as long as you like!

Where can I use it? > Scan & Pay is currently available at:

• Touchwood Shopping Centre (Location 33210)

• Elmsleigh Surface MSCP - Spelthorne Borough Council (Location 41800)

How it Works

When you’ve finished your visit, paying is simple and dependable:

1. Open the App: Select your parking location (33210 or 41800).

2. Identify Your Vehicle: Enter your VRN (Vehicle Registration Number). If your session isn't found, simply scan the barcode on your parking ticket using your phone’s camera.

3. Pay & Go: Once you’ve paid via the app, you have 15 minutes to exit.

4. Easy Exit: Drive to the barrier—it will recognise your vehicle and lift automatically!
