How to Set Up Your Free Parking Offer
Link your accounts: Sign up for your BCP LIFE account and select "Parking". Enter the exact mobile phone number connected to your RingGo account so we can automatically link them.
Allow up to 48 hours: It can take up to 48 hours for your connection to become active.
Start parking: Once active, simply pay for parking via RingGo as normal. No physical card display is required on your dashboard.

Every time you pay for parking using RingGo in a participating car park, you get 1 extra hour of parking completely free (criteria conditions apply, see below)
When can I use the free hour?
You can use your free hour on sessions that meet the following criteria:
Started after 9:30 AM.
Started before the overnight tariff begins (and the extra hour does not take you into the overnight rate period).
The extra hour does not exceed the maximum stay limit of the car park.
How often can I use this offer?
As often as you like! You can use it every day and on multiple trips throughout the day. Every eligible paid parking session gets an additional free hour added.
Do I need to display my BCP LIFE card on my dashboard?
No. Everything is managed digitally through your linked RingGo account, so traffic wardens will see your free hour automatically on their handheld devices.
Can someone else use my free hour?
No. Your parking benefit is linked directly to your personal BCP LIFE account and cannot be transferred to other people.
My free hour wasn't added - what should I check?
If your extra hour didn't show up automatically, double-check these 5 things:
Phone Number: Confirm the mobile number in your BCP LIFE account matches your RingGo account exactly.
Activation Window: Ensure at least 48 hours have passed since you first linked your accounts.
Session Time: Verify your session started after 9:30 AM and won't extend into overnight rates.
Car Park & Maximum Stay: Check that you are in an eligible car park and that adding an hour won't exceed the car park's maximum stay limit.
