Step 2: Link accounts.

Enter the exact mobile phone number linked to your RingGo account. This connects your profiles automatically behind the scenes.

Allow up to 48 hours:

Step 3: Activation window.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your connection to go active. Once linked, you’re good to go—no physical card display required when you park!

Can someone else use my free hour?

No. Your parking benefit is linked directly to your personal BCP LIFE account and cannot be transferred to other people.

If your extra hour didn't show up automatically, double-check these 5 things:

Parking Offers: Make sure "Parking Offers" is switched on in your BCP LIFE account.
Matching Numbers: Confirm the mobile number in your BCP LIFE account matches your RingGo account exactly.
Activation Time: Ensure at least 48 hours have passed since you first linked your accounts.
