RingGo is a cashless parking solution that lets you park and pay via mobile (app or web). Here’s how it works:

Steps to Use RingGo

1. Create an Account

• Provide your mobile number, email address, and password. RingGo
• Set your marketing preferences. RingGo
• Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. RingGo

2. Book Parking

When you want to park, you:

1. Select where you want to park. RingGo
2. Select the correct vehicle. RingGo
3. Select how long you want to stay. RingGo
4. Check and confirm your payment method. RingGo
5. Complete the booking. RingGo

3. Manage Your Booking

After booking, you can:

• Extend your parking session without going back to your car. RingGo
• Change your vehicle (if you selected the wrong one), up to 15 minutes after booking. RingGo
• Download receipts any time after the booking. RingGo
• Save favourites (parking sessions or locations) for quicker bookings in the future. RingGo
