Step 1: Create Your Account

Getting started is quick and easy. We’ll just need a few details to get you moving:

• Your Details: Provide your mobile number, email address, and a secure password.

• Preferences: Set your marketing preferences so you only hear from us when you want to.

• Stay Secure: Agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to protect your journey.

Step 2: Book Your Parking

Once you’re set up, booking a session takes just a few taps:

1. Find your spot: Select your parking location.

2. Pick your vehicle: Ensure the correct VRN (Vehicle Registration Number) is selected.

3. Set your time: Choose how long you’d like to stay.

4. Confirm & Go: Check your payment method and complete the booking.

Step 3: Manage Your Session

We want to give you total control over your day:

• Extend from anywhere: Need more time? You can add minutes to your session without returning to your car.

  • Pro-tip: To ensure a seamless stay, we recommend extending your session at least 10 minutes before it is due to end.

• Quick Corrections: If you accidentally select the wrong vehicle, you can change it up to 15 minutes after booking.

• Paperless Receipts: Download your VAT receipts anytime directly from the app.

• Save Favourites: Save your most-used locations to make your next booking even faster.
