If you’re having trouble logging in, follow these steps to get back into your account:
1. Check your login details
- Make sure you are entering the email address or telephone number registered to your RingGo account.
- Double-check for typos, extra spaces, or capital letters.
2. Reset your password
- If you can’t remember your password, use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page.
- When creating a new password, make sure it meets the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters long
- Includes an uppercase letter
- Includes a lowercase letter
- Includes a number
- Includes a special character from the allowed set: ! # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; = ? @ [ ] ^ _ { | } ~`
- Forbidden characters: < > " (includes a space)
3. Update your app or browser
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of the RingGo app.
- If you’re logging in via a browser:
- Try another browser
- Ensure you do not have a VPN active
- Clear your cache and cookies if needed
4. Contact Support
- If you still cannot log in after checking your details and resetting your password, contact RingGo support:
