Why has my account been frozen or locked?
Your account may be temporarily locked if incorrect passwords are entered multiple times. This is a security measure to protect your account.
What happens when my account is frozen?
While locked, you will not be able to log in. Your account and data remain safe and secure, and you will receive an email confirmation about the freeze.
How do I unlock my account?
- Use the app or the Forgotten password link on the login page on the website to reset your password.
Password must be:
- 8+ characters, with uppercase, lowercase, number, and allowed special character.
- Forbidden characters: < > " and spaces.
2. Make sure your app or browser is up to date.
Try a different browser, disable VPN, and clear cache/cookies if needed.
After these steps, your account will be unlocked.
