How to Use a RingGo Wallet

Important: Only a small number of locations accept payment by Wallet. Check if Wallet is available for your chosen car park before starting a session.

The RingGo Wallet is a prepaid account that allows you to pay for parking quickly and securely without entering your card details for every session.

1. Add Funds to Your Wallet

• Log in to your RingGo account via the website.
• Navigate to Wallet.
• Select Add Funds and enter the amount you want to load.

• Choose your payment method and confirm the top-up.

  ⚠️ Note: Adding funds can only be done online via the website.
   

2. Use Wallet Funds for Parking

• When starting a parking session, select Wallet as your payment method.
• The session cost will be deducted from your Wallet balance.
• If your Wallet balance is insufficient, you will need to top it up online or use an alternative payment method.
   

3. Manage Your Wallet

• Check your balance at any time in the Wallet section of your account.
• Refunds from your Wallet are processed according to RingGo’s refund policy and may be subject to the parking operator’s rules.
