Winchester City Council Wallets are currently being withdrawn from use with the RingGo service
What is changing?
The dedicated RingGo Wallet option for Winchester City Council is being discontinued. This means you will no longer be able to add funds to your Wallet, you can continue to use the balance for parking payments as normal.
How else do I pay for parking now?
All users can now pay for parking sessions using card payments directly via the RingGo app or website.
How do I request a refund for my Wallet balance?
If you would prefer to receive a refund rather than use your remaining balance, please contact the Council directly by email: parking@winchester.gov.uk
