How to Regain Access
You can regain access to your account by using the piece of information that is still correct (either your registered email or your mobile number).
Request a Password Reset Go to the login screen and select "Forgot Password." Use the contact method (email or mobile) that you still have access to.
Verify Your Vehicle (VRN) As a security measure to keep your account safe, you will be asked to provide a Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) currently saved on your account to verify your identity.

Log In and Update Once you’ve reset your password and logged in, please update your details immediately to keep your account dependable and secure:
On the App: Go to 'Account' and 'My profile' to edit your mobile number or email.
On the Website: Visit your 'Profile' section to save your new details.
