Don't worry—your older records are not gone! We securely retain all parking data for seven years to meet financial and regulatory requirements. Even if a session from four or five years ago isn't visible on your dashboard, it is safely stored in our secure archives.
3. How to Access Older Records
If you need records older than three years (for example, for a tax audit or business expenses), we are more than happy to retrieve them for you.
