Why can I only see 3 years of history?

The account view shows only the last three years of activity to ensure pages load quickly and searches return results efficiently. Limiting visible records improves responsiveness, especially on mobile devices or accounts with large amounts of data.

Your Full History is Safe
All records are securely retained for seven years to meet financial and regulatory requirements. Older data is never deleted and remains fully protected, even if it is not immediately visible in the account view.

Accessing Older Data
Records older than three years are available upon request.
