Before you travel
If you’re having trouble accessing our website or app from home, don't worry! We have reliable ways to get you started.

Smart Travel Tip (Password Security): While you aren't required to add a vehicle immediately, we highly recommend adding one to help with future account verification. If you’re hiring a car and don't have the plate yet, use your personal vehicle's registration from home. It’s a great way to ensure you can easily verify your account and reset your password if you ever need to!
Arrived in the UK?
Even once you arrive, your phone’s app store may still be set to your home country, which might prevent you from downloading the RingGo app. If that happens, you can still park easily using these methods:
Call to Pay: Simply call us at 0203 046 0010. You can set up your account and pay for your parking in one quick, automated call.
Use the Mobile Website: Open your phone's browser and go to www.myringgo.co.uk. Our website is mobile-friendly and allows you to manage your parking sessions on the go.
A note on vehicle details
When you register a vehicle, please note that its make and colour may not be automatically shown. If these details don't appear, don't worry—as long as your registration number (VRN) is correct, your parking session is valid.
