Updating Your Mobile Number
Keeping your mobile number up to date ensures you receive important parking confirmations and can manage your sessions with confidence. You can update your number in just a few steps.
How to Change Your Number

Via the RingGo App:
Open the app and log in.
Tap 'Account' at the bottom of the screen.
Tap 'My Profile' to update your mobile number.

Via the RingGo Website:
Log in at www.myRingGo.co.uk.
Click 'Profile' on the left-hand side of the page.
Enter your new number and save your changes.
Troubleshooting Tips
Is the number already in use? If the system won't let you change your number, it’s likely because another account is already registered to that mobile. Not to worry—you can simply log in to that existing account or reset its password to regain access.
Security Verification (VRN) To keep your account secure, please remember that a Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) from your account is required whenever you need to reset a password. This helps us ensure your account stays in your hands.
