How to Update Your Phone Number

If you need to update your mobile number, it’s easy to do so both on the website and in the RingGo app.

On the Website

1. Log in to your account at www.myringgo.com.
2. Once logged in, click on Profile on the left-hand side of the webpage.
3. From there, update your mobile number as needed.

On the App

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap on Account at the bottom of the screen to access your profile details.
3. Update your mobile number from your profile.

Important: If you are unable to change the mobile number, it could mean there is already an account registered to that number. In this case, you can log in by resetting the account password.
