How do I close or delete my RingGo account?

If you would like to close or delete your RingGo account, you can do so either via the app or by submitting a request through the website.

1. Using the RingGo App

1. Open the RingGo app and log in.
2. Tap on My Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete my account.

2. Using the Website

• To delete your account on the website, please fill in the contact form here: Submit a Request

⚠️ Important:

• Make sure you have downloaded all necessary receipts before closing your account, as these will no longer be obtainable once the account is deleted.
• Deleting the app does not delete your account. You must use the steps above to fully close your account.
