Closing Your RingGo Account
If you no longer need your RingGo account, we’ve made the process of closing it simple and transparent. We’re sorry to see you go, but we want to ensure you have full control over your data.
How to Delete Your Account

Via the RingGo App:
Open the app and log in.
Tap 'Account' at the bottom of the screen.
Select 'My Profile'.
Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete my account'.

Via the Website: If you prefer to use our website, please let us know by submitting a request.
Go to our Contact Form.
Fill in your details to request account deletion.
⚠️ Important Things to Know
Save Your Receipts: Once your account is deleted, your parking history and VAT receipts will no longer be accessible. Please make sure to download any documents you need for your records before finalising the deletion.
Deleting the App vs. Deleting the Account: Simply removing the RingGo app from your phone does not close your account. To fully delete your data, please follow the steps above.
