We want to give you the ultimate flexibility when you travel. At select locations, we offer PayLater and LatePay. These features use Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) to track when you arrive and leave, so you can focus on your day instead of the clock.
PayLater: Pay after you leave
PayLater is perfect if you want to pay only for the exact time you stayed, right after your journey ends.
How it works: Our cameras capture your entry and exit times. You simply pay via the app or website by midnight on the day you leave.
Steps to pay: 1. Open the RingGo app and enter the location code. 2. Select your VRN (Vehicle Registration Number). 3. Your times will appear automatically—just tap to pay!
Important: You cannot change the times once you've left, and this option is only available on the app or web (not via telephone).
LatePay: Pay within 24 hours of arrival
LatePay allows you to start your session up to 24 hours after you’ve entered the car park, provided your vehicle is still there.
How it works: Drive in and get settled. As long as you pay within 24 hours of arrival, you’re all set.
Steps to pay: 1. Enter the location code and your VRN in the app. 2. Your entry time will show as Pending. 3. Choose how long you plan to stay and complete your payment.
Why these options might not appear
If you don't see PayLater or LatePay, it’s usually due to one of these reasons:
Check your details: Double-check your VRN and the location code for typos.
Timing: For PayLater, it’s past midnight; for LatePay, it’s been more than 24 hours since you arrived.
Technology: The cameras may not have captured your vehicle, or the car park doesn't support ANPR.
App Version: Make sure your app is up to date for a smooth experience.
Need assistance?
Because the ANPR cameras are managed by the car park operator, they are the best people to contact if your entry or exit time is missing. For anything else, our team is ready to empower you with a solution:

Our Vision: By using smart technology like ANPR, we’re reducing the need for paper tickets and helping create smarter, more liveable cities.
