You can add or delete payment methods in your RingGo account using the app, website, or even at the time of making a payment.
1. Add a Payment Method
Via the App
- Tap the Account tab.
- Select Payment Methods (or My Cards on some devices).
- Tap the + symbol and enter your card details.
- Click Save.
Via the Web
- Log in to your account at myringgo.co.uk.
- Click Payment Cards in the side menu.
- Click Add a Card.
- Enter your card details and click Add Card.
When Paying for Parking
- You can also add a new payment card at the time of payment via the app, website, or telephone.
This allows you to complete your parking session even if no card is currently saved in your account.
2. Delete a Payment Method
Via the App
- Tap the Account tab.
- Select Payment Methods (or My Cards on some devices).
- Select the card you wish to remove.
- Click Delete payment card.
- Confirm your wish to delete.
- Important: There must always be at least one active payment method on your account. If deleting the last card, add a new one first.
- You cannot delete a card that is being used on an active parking session.
Via the Web
- Log in to your account.
- Click Payment Cards in the side menu.
- Press Delete on the card you wish to remove.
- Ensure there is always at least one active payment method on your account.
Cards used on active parking sessions cannot be deleted.
Tips
- Make sure your card is valid and not expired.
- Remove old cards you no longer use to avoid confusion.
