1. How to Add a Payment Method
You can add a new card whenever it’s convenient for you:
In the App: Tap the Account tab, select Payment Methods, tap the + symbol, and enter your details.
On the Web: Log in at myringgo.co.uk, click Payment Cards, and select Add a Card.
While Parking: You can also add a new card at the moment you pay—whether you're using the app, website, or telephone. This is a great way to ensure you never miss a session!
2. How to Delete a Payment Method
Cleaning up old cards helps prevent confusion and keeps your account reliable:
In the App: In the Payment Methods section, select the card you want to remove and tap Delete payment card.
On the Web: Go to Payment Cards in your account menu and click Delete next to the card you no longer need.
Important Things to Remember
To keep your account active and ready to go, please keep these points in mind:
Always Have a Backup: Your account needs at least one active payment method at all times. If you’re replacing your only card, please add the new one before deleting the old one.
Active Sessions: To ensure your current parking is covered, you cannot delete a card that is being used for a live parking session.
Stay Current: Check that your cards haven't expired so your next journey is as smooth as the last.
