What is changing?
The dedicated RingGo Wallet option for Folkestone & Hythe District Council is being discontinued. This means you will no longer be able to add funds to your Wallet.
What is the deadline for using my existing balance?
If you have an active balance in your Folkestone & Hythe District Council Wallet, you can continue to use it for parking payments as normal until Monday, 2nd February 2026.
How do I pay for parking now?
All users can now pay for parking sessions using card payments directly via the RingGo app or website.
How do I request a refund for my Wallet balance?
If you would prefer to receive a refund rather than use your remaining balance, please contact the Council directly by email: parking.services@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk
